What we offer
AVRS is committed to improving the environment in which we operate and live. We understand that our environment is vitally important to the ongoing sustainability of our business and the day-to-day lives of our team, clients, suppliers and all the other stakeholders.
We ensure that our business operations are aligned with current environmental legislation and the needs of the infrastructure sector through developing and maintaining an Environmental Management System which is certified to ISO 14001:2015.
The ISO 14001:2015 accredited management system provides a framework for managing environmental operating procedures across our business. Our core Environmental objectives include reductions in the organisation’s carbon footprint, waste and emissions across all our projects.
In order to support our environmental objectives and maintain up-to-date knowledge on the subject, our team are active members (Silver) of the construction sector's Supply Chain Sustainability School (SCSS) and staff regularly attend the SCSS’s CPD training sessions.
